After a seven-year hiatus, we are back with the FCPA Concert Series and we will perform one long set of originals and standards. Bring a chair and some hors d'oeuvres while you enjoy some solid music.

We are honored to be back for the Fort Hunt Park series and our continued relationship with the National Park Service. Bring a chair or grab a picnic table early - a cool drink helps as well!
THL at Rosborough Cultural Arts and Wellness Center
The Hot Lanes makes its first appearance at one of Gaithersburg’s most esteemed venues. We will be performing one set of 45-50 minutes, debuting music for our Fall program by pianist, leader and music director, Bobby Jasinski and baritone saxophonist, Jim Vedda. We will also have a Q&A session open to the public for any inquiries they have about how a big band works, jazz in general, improvisation, etc. This performance is free but get there early as this concert will fill up fast!
THL at Duck Jazz Festival
The Hot Lanes makes its second festival appearance at the 16th Annual Duck Jazz Festival! Come make it a fun long weekend to see us play in North Carolina where we will feature brand new music and energy to a new audience, including my arrangement of John Coltrane's A Love Supreme to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of this iconic recording! We will perform one set of 60 minutes.

THL at Centreville High School
Join The Hot Lanes as we will be the guest band for the Centreville Jazz Ensemble concert that evening and playing with them as well. We will play one, 45-minute set.
THL at Sherwood Community Center
The Hot Lanes is delighted to return to the City of Fairfax’s Old Town Hall Concert Series for the 2024-25 season. This event will be celebrating the highest accolades accomplished by Northern Virginia's finest artists with two sets featuring our group and guest vocalist, Kristen Lee Sergeant! This concert is always sold out. To be assured of a seat, please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the performance.
THL at Earp's Ordinary
The Hot Lanes makes its debut at this fine eatery/bar/music venue that rivals Jammin Java! Tickets available at the door or online here. Two sets of fine music in a two-hour span for $15 - that's less than one dollar for each musician!

The Hot Lanes makes its debut appearance at Cherry Hill Park as part of the City of Falls Church’s Concerts in the Park series. Originals, original arrangements and standards for all! Bring a lawn chair and blanket to enjoy free jazz!
Bobby Jasinski at Marx Cafe
Bobby Jasinski will be performing with his friend and musical colleague, drummer Will Stephens with his band at this cool spot downtown for two sets of 45-50 minutes featuring music written by Thai composers as well as other originals for an "Around the World" theme. Bobby will be playing with Zoe Jorgenson on bass, Tedd Baker on tenor saxophone and Joe Herrera on trumpet.

The Hot Lanes will make its debut performance at Fete de La Musique in Georgetown as a septet for one set of 40 minutes (pending weather). Please check the link above to see what time we will specifically be playing once updated. I'll be playing with Arsen Sumbatyan on trumpet, Steve Lovecchio on alto saxophone, Jordan Maley on tenor saxophone, Kalrissian Cooper on trombone, Zack Williams on bass and Sam Carolla on drums.
