Jim Vedda has been playing baritone sax and woodwind doubles for the Hot Lanes since 2016. He retired from his government contractor job in 2021 and now has more time to devote to music. That includes writing arrangements for the band and publications such as his 2022 book of jazz biographies titled You’ve Got To Hear This.
